Plant medicines, meditation, and psychedelic experiences allow us to “touch the ocean” of collective consciousness and experience that Oneness that is the basis of reality beneath the dream.
The past four years have revealed so much anger and hate in people. The Trump Presidency and 2020 Election shine a light on the pain that people are experiencing on both sides, and that requires compassion. However, the U.S. politics reality TV show has jumped the shark.
While there is the need for balancing forces in our society and true injustices needs to be addressed, the Red vs. Blue game has gotten tired. My friend Lindsay Mann had this great post on Instagram:
“I woke up one morning with this image in my mind’s eye. It locked me in so I didn’t have much choice but to sit with it. It showed me that if most of who you are is living on the lighter side of life, you’re going to see the lighter side in others. You’re going to zero in on the potential of their lightness even if that’s not what’s being presented. And vice versa.”
It’s time to wake up from being Woke.
