I’ve been in Sedona, Arizona the past week. Lots of interesting energy here. It’s been a good time to recharge and take a break from my usual routine. It has been good Medicine. There is strong Earth energy here, and the entire town is full of crystal shops and energy healing.

I’ve reconnected with a small group of SpiritQuest brothers, old and new. It has been a week of Fellowship. We have been sharing gifts and offerings with each other. We’ve been sharing guided meditations, hikes, mapacho ceremonies together, and I’ve been doing mystical 易經 I Ching readings all week. It is about revealing Truth.

2020 was a year of burning off that which does not serve.
